I have a piece of tube steel about 10' long that
fits the drawbars on the tractors and I use it to
push / pull a dead tractor with a running one. I
feel it gives better control of the of the dead
tractor especially when the live tractor is
bigger.
I also have used this from drawbar of running
tractor to front hitch on bunper on dead tractor
to pull start the stalled tractor. Keeps the
starting tractor from getting out of control.
