Tire Just Fell Off !

Thanks to anyone that can help ! I was driving my massey 175 last evening and the left front tire was wobbling really bad ! I tried to get her back to the garage and didn,t make it ....the tire fell off ! It was making a noise for the last couple of weeks but i just greased it and thought the noise would go away ! Was i ever wrong ! What do ya think broke ? I lowered the bucket and just placed the tire back into place and don,t know where to start ..... any tips are really appreciated !......thanks Terry
