Exactly.......Anyone that would adjust labor charges based on who's parts is used is pretty much labeling themselves as a crook and gouger.
I'd understand requireing the customer that brought their own, disposing of the old parts/oil themselves. And not getting the curtousy checks that may not be included in an OC price but done anyway, but labor is labor.
