I laugh at alot of people who are older and complaining of health problems. These are the same people who drink alot of soda, smoke, are overweight, dont exercise and dont take any vitamins either. And then they wonder why they feel the way they do. Hey if a person doesnt want to take care of themselves, well then they can lay in the bed they made. I know people who milk cows into their 60s and are in great shape and others who start having problems in their 30s. Some of it is genetics. My grandma died at 96 and mowed the lawn and had a garden till she was 93. It doesnt get easier when you get older.
