IMT 542 Tractor

I just purchased a used IMT 542 and am having trouble with the 3 point lift. It will not stay up with the clutch depressed or when the tractor is shutoff. I hope it it fluid related, and will try adding some hydrolic's but cannot find the darn fill plug... Help???
