I hereby wish to thank the moderators for eliminating that recent post about the Newman device. That BS stuff was uncalled for. I believe that in the future, the tractors will be powered by Joe's invention. It all started with a post with the test results from the NBS. One of Joe's machines was tested in which the output energy was supposed to be greater than the imput.Prototypes have been built , tested and proven for the last 28 years saying the output is greater than the imput. There seems to be a feeling that the laws of physics are being broken, which is false. See page 102 of the manuel. In the report all the imput energy was measured but only part of the output was measured. How can that be a fair test? Again I thank the moderators.
