Wiring money is usually the big red flag, with grammar and spelling errors together a close second. I'd delete those and stick to what looks like an E-mail you yourself would send, or, state in the ad that you can't reply to E-mail. The latter is the option I myself choose. Haven't had a "wormy" phone call yet ....
