I live in the far NW Chi suburbs. I saw the news last night, and again this morn, about the cop and his dad killing 1 and injuring another out of 4 thiefs. One thing I did not notice is where the dad lived. Handguns are banned in the city of Chicago. Just wondering if the dad did the shooting w/a long or hand gun. And if it was a handgun, will the father be charged for an illegal weapon? Personally, its to bad dear old dad didn't get the other 2. All over trying to steal a motorcycle.
