Time to make hay around southern MO for sure. The week before Memorial Day has been clear sailing for putting up hay for the last several years and it looks like this year might not be any different. I've got a couple of fields to visit, though. We've had lots of rain and those fields tend to be a little wet.
Our milk cow is due to freshen within two weeks or so. That will be fun. So will the fresh butter, cream, ice cream, etc, etc.
