The maker of the Three Point Hitch is an IDIOT!

ARGG! it is just so frustrating, I work for a small business that runs a small 35 hp tractor doing custom farm work for hobby farmer's. Im the main tractor driver, im swaping over 3pth implements several times a day, discs, rototiller, mower, seeder, ft. spreader, the list goes on. And im sick of it, there has top be a better way, I know there are quick hitch systems for larger hp tractors, but is there something for the little guy's . Count them, there are 6 pins and one pto shaft you have to play with to take off or put an implement on. PLus if your not square backing up to it or on a side slope, you have to play around even more, its just so painfull, and in my line of work time is money. Its driving me nuts, any one, help!
