Mike, there are many factor in which this can occur. There are settings in each browser that refers to how often the sight is refreshed. There are settings for the cache on frequently visited sites. The list can go on but either change the settings or just hit the refresh. I have been spoiled with fast connections so the refresh button is used. When I had my dial up, I just hated to hit it sometimes because of the lllooooonnnnnggggg wait. Later
