As I understand it; the Worthington Tractor Company was bought out in it's entirity by The Essex Tractor Company just before the New Millimum. They replaced the Chrysler engine with an Asian engine that was over rated as to HP and fuel consumption. I heard just yesterday that Essex is trying to buy CNH from Fiat!!!. Sorry, just venting my cynical mind for the day. Good luck with your new project. The people on here are great and will offer you lots of good advice. I have never seen a Worthington, so maybe you could post some pics. ACG in NY
