What is your opinion of ads like this?

Please note, I am not selling this tractor. I did see an ad just like it. For Sale-1970 4020 diesel, one owner,
dual valve, synchro, low hours SERIOUS
OFFERS ONLY PLEASE. Phone xxx xxx xxxx The caps are mine, and are the purpose of this question. I personally hate it when the seller won't put down his price and hopes you will tell him (and that your offer will be really high)! I feel that if you are selling, YOU should have an idea of what you want, and that your asking price is YOUR idea of top dollar. Does anyone else dislike these adds? I for one refuse to respond to them!
