I have fire ant hills everywhere here. They just started 2 years ago and I have absloutely gave up on them. I have bought every chemical, dust, keep cutting them down, running over them with the tractor, and followed directions for the chemicals and about 2 days later they move to another spot about 2 feet away. Someone told me to try pouring bleach in a circle around them. Anyone who has a problem like this maybe you have a new idea? I have seen how poisonus they are and have been bitten and stung by them. I live on the NC SC line and something needs to be done. A child walking into them would be a disaster. Thanks for any help.
