Why would blowing out a tire kill someone? In over 40 years of driving I"ve had quite a few blown tires,both front and back,plus many a trailer tire.I simply slowed down,pulled over to the side of the road,and changed them.
Just a couple of years ago I blew out the right front tire on a 2 ton grain truck at 60 mph.I was loaded with nearly 400 bushels of corn and it didnt cause me to lose control of the truck
