i have seen these situations many times and it makes me boil. instead of finishing 2-5 minutes work their itching for there coffee break.to me finish the job then have coffee while the service manager is lining you up another job. use your time wisely.some one else has to do their thinking, just like the future repairs will be a robote or computer speaking to you and giving step by step instuctions instead of using your own thinking cap.
