But, this is a picture of why local Fire Departments and EMS responders have year around work. There is nothing acceptable or safe about that activity.
If you would call a tree removal service who has a bucket truck, they can do that job in a safe manner. The cost could be a lot less then medical expenses, and/or utility repair costs.
