That is an Earthway brand of planter. Been around for several decades and still in production.
For the price they are an okay planter. I prefer to think of a planter purchase as a lifetime investment, prefer, and am willing to spend more in order to get a precision planter so that I don't have to thin so many crops.
I have owned an Earthway and also a Lambert of similar design. I actually preferred the Lambert because of the hopper design.
I finally just rid of both of them as I'd rather plant by hand for greater accuracy (less thinning).
To each their own and if it works for you why not use it and be happy.
For those that prefer a step up I really like the YouTube video and the product literature on the Jang JP1 push planter. It is about 3 times the cost but appears like it would provide much greater precision planting.
