It is raining now in Massachusetts and it will continue tomorrow. This will set an all time March record for total inches of rain at over 12". We have had four significant nor'easters this month.
This will also be the second wettest month ever. Only August 1955 will surpass it when we had two major hurricanes.
Washouts and flooding have been a major problem since the middle of the month when we got 7"-9" over several days.
It has wiped out the sugar maple season although we got some sap over the weekend. I think most are calling it a season as warmer weather is forecast for the next ten days.
