Let's see there was the 880 Oliver diesel that wouldn't start below 50 degrees, no block heater - just that lower radiator hose thing, it had the steel pan seat, power traction hitch, and no power steering. Hydraulic levers between your legs in your way when you want to turn around, or the fact that it had dual remotes but one was for the 3pt hitch. Or the 1850 Oliver gas that had carb issues, distributor issues, hydra power issues, a $108 thermostat, the steering sucked, the hydraulic controls sucked, the the operator platform layout sucked, the mechanical brakes sucked. Although the exhaust manifold on the 1850 used to glow the neat looking red at night. Hmm it's a tough toss up between those two. Funny, it's the only two Oliver tractors I've owned.
