Get a hydraulic concrete breaker. One on the excavator would work the best but even one on a bigger skid steer would break it up. If you have to use a skid steer, it will take a while but will bust it up. I have a 1300 lb. capacity skid steer and I've broke some pretty tough concrete with a breaker on it. You'll probably want to have a torch or cutoff wheel in a grinder to cut the rebar. I think you meant it's 12 ft. by 12 ft. and 4 ft. deep. Once some of it is broken you might be able to get under it with the excavator to dig it up and then drop it to break it up. A concrete saw might work good to put slices in the concrete that would form cracks. The only place with a wrecking ball would be a demolition contractor and you'd probably have to pay through the nose to get them out. It's not the best application for a wrecking ball anyway. Dave
