You would probably be best off by taking the whole loader off. Keeping the bucket very low does offer a lower center of gravity, but the chance of hitting the lever, or a hydraulic malfunction, or just forgetting & leaving the bucket up can cause a problem.

Sickle bar mowers can really help on sidehills, the weight is off to one side, drive with the bar on the upper side & it counterbalances for you.
