Had the same problem once. I found a piece of round stock that just fit into the broken off part. Piece of strap iron for the lever and got a new roller from New Holland. I bolted it all together except for the lever was welded to the round stock. If you do bolt it a couple of bolts 90 degrees apart will spread the load around better. Welding would probably be better. Get your angles correct.
