hi george. dont know if it will suit your situation but i built a drag unit out of a 12 inch pipe. 6 ft long, cut in half, welded on to bars so cuts drag drive. works pretty good in spring when dries up some. scrapes high spots drops excess where low and seems to bring gravel to top. pull behind tractor or quad. limited to only going forward like a drag harrow though been thinking of putting hooks on so can pick up with bucket of loader and push too that way. if you think it will work for you e-mail and ill give detailed instructions.
