Rich, That short a distance...may want to use the mobile home frame. OR if you've got a running gear for a hay wagon, jack the building, pull the pin on the main frame of the trailer, and slide the two under it from opposite sides and pin it back up. The runners should sit on the cross beams where the box for the wagon would sit and strap it down. Just hitch up and take it easy. As far as the "downhill" just go slow and in low gear. The low gear and slow going should minimize the twist on the structure. May also want to take duct tape and "re-enforce" the frames and glaze panels.
