Unfortunately The Value is only what the market will bear in these tough economic times. Usually that has nothing to do with what a person has invested in a tractor or what they think it should bring.
Finding the right buyer to pay 5000 or better for that is going to be a challenge. Only so many people with that kind of money to throw around who are interested in Case tractors.
That being said it looks like a quality restoration.
