When I joined the Army the Jeep was still the vehicle along with a Dodge truck. Never drove the Dodge's but was driving Jeeps daily. Along comes the Hummer a couple years later. Was driving one of them on a (THE at the time) highway in Korea. Had been driving a while and kinda forgot where I was. Was getting a little close to some other vehicles and was going to downshift...... BOY...Did them Humers have good brakes!!! My boss was on the passenger side and, up until that day, always wore his steel pot pushed back like John Wayne. If he's still alive, he's got a nice "remember Dave" scar on the forehead........
