Didn't say the tractor has plates.Just saying according to the law a slow moving vehicle sign applies only to farm and industrial equipment etc. traveling at less than 25mph. Above 25mph a whole new set of rules apply. Why do you think new tractors released in North America from the factory don't exceed 25mph?
