Another thing to consider as well as wetting the floor is to tack up plastic to the rafter's if they are not already covered, and to try use plastic to make the painting area as small as possible hanging from the ceiling about 2 to 3 foot off the floor, I did this with a frame work and painted a crawler in the middle of my drive way that turned out really good, vey little dust from my granite driveway even with a little breeze.
