Yep what took me an hour to do 15 years ago now takes me a day and what took me a day back then takes a week. etc etc. You also learn to use tools you didn't think you ever would use to do things and you figure out how to do things easier and smarter as in don't lift when you can use a machine to do it for you. Oh by the way to look at me I look fine but I walk with a limp and if a person saw my in the nude they would see a good number of scares from the doctors knifes
