I have one and the right handle has two levers on it the inside one has two positions forward for low speed and to the rear for high speed. Outside lever is the clutch and by the book you are not suppose to slip the clutch but when mine is traveling at a faster pace than I want to go I work the clutch by hand and slip the clutch to mantain the speed of forward movement I need. I know it isn't what should be done but it works for me.
