Was always taught to shoot to kill and not let anything suffer.......... Shot a groundhog once BSing around and it went in it's hole. Dad made me dig it out and kill it. Was coon hunting with my buddy and his dad. Dogs treed a coon and my buddy shot it in the belly even though it was looking right at him (he didn't want to mess upit's hea)d.. His dad knocked the living sh!t out of him and sent him to the truck.
