Low Tires

I have fluid filled (Calcium Chloride) tires on my Ford 1900. I noticed that after it has been sitting for the winter that one of the tires is a bit low.
Can I just top it off with air? Do I need a special tire gauge for fluid filled tires? Where do I find such an item?
