Grey market tractors

Cant believe I'm even contemplating this, but thinking about a compact tractor for the mowing and misc work over at my mothers. Any feedback about grey market (especially Yanmar) would be appreciated. I like the idea of the diesel engine, 3 point etc. Probably should just get over it and put a 3-point on my super C. Any comments?
