I once drove a Marine Corps semi on Taiwan. All two lane roads at the time and you'd just get moving good when an old papa-san with an ox cart would pull out in front of you. If you splattered him, it was your a$$ and he knew it. In fact, he was probably hoping you'd splatter him so you could support him the rest of his life.
