Very true and I have gone back to college a time or 2 since I got out of the navy and got 3.8-4.0 grades when I did and took electronic courses then. Sad thing is now days the way they build cars and trucks with all this computer control on them a simple fix will cost you more then what a new car would cost in say 1971 ya in some ways they are better but in many ways they are worse. .I.E. a few years ago if the ECM went bad on a Cadillac and I'm talking the early 90s it cost $2500 for one and that is more then a new car cost in say 71. Computers have there place but not in a car. Plus what ever happened to the cars that got 40-60MPG that where made in the 50,60,and 70s yes they had a good number of them back then
