A standing joke I've got with my kids is that when they grow up, don't expect to come for Thanksgiving dinner unless they're willing to fly to Tahiti. I tell them my retirement plan is to sell everything, get a one-way ticket to Tahiti and spend the rest of my life there as a beach bum. This desire gets even stronger when it is miserably damp and cold and nothing but grey weather for days and weeks on end. I'd give just about anything to see the sun again....
