That is all what I thought. I used a couple of 650 amp car batteries that I had and they seemed to run down and need charging. Particularly on a hard winter start.
I take a completely DOA battery and recycle the core for a new car battery when it was getting weak then used the old car battery on the tractor. Now that old battery is DOA and I got a 1000CA/880CCA battery last night. Works like a charm.
