13 yr old son who stands 1-1/2" over his Father thought the old man wasn't very smart or capable. 13yr old had been training a couple of months at the local martial arts school. It's put some muscle on him and removed some soft spots. He decided it's time to put on the head gear and gloves and try the old man. Kid did pretty good, knew some moves and didn't get tired as fast as I did.Another couple of months and he just might be able to take me. He was surprised to go home with a black eye and some lumps. I was sore for about 10 days but didn't bother to let him know that. Get along the best now we ever have. Kind of a mutual respect thing.
