Hello Bill, I would never do this for a customer but for my own use, you would need to be good with a torch and a welder. if you cut out a heavy plate the size of the "D ring" hole and make a hole in that the size of your draw pin then weld it in. get a peace of flat bar with a hole in it and weld it to the bottom of the brake slide. I also would not change the brake system if it works. Good luck Ed
