I hooked up a DVD recorder/VCR combo yesterday. Our old DVD player wasn't playing all disks and my wife wanted one so she could copy home made VHS tapes onto DVDs. Mine hooked up with an optional flat ended cord, no headache this time, I know what it is like when it doesn't work. Every system is different, read you dvd manual closely, there must be several ways. Simply put, from the "out" of your DVD to the "input" of your TV. Your TV must be set for the right source too, easily done with your remote. We have a "dish" system so we did not hook the antena threw it. And for those of you who are complaining about this not being farm related, what do you think some farmers do when it is below zero out? Some of us like to relax in the easy chair and watch a good movie. Brian(MN)
