In March 1958 we had our power off for over 2 weeks. It was a wet heavy snow about 36". They had to bring in frontend loaders to clean the secondary roads. It was so deep and with high banks there was no place to put the snow.
I saw your pics of of your vee plow. Looks like it did a good job. They brought in trucks from western MD with vee plows to plow the plow back then. My late dad made one from wood back in the 1940's and used the horses to plow out the driveway. We had to get that milk out since that milk truck never missed a day picking up that milk. Hal
