if you can arc weld get some nickel-ni rod ,take the wheel off and drill a hole IN the end of the crack V out the crack and lay it in some fiberglass insulation this helps keep the heat even preheat the wheel any way you can when you get it hot weld about an inch and then beat on it rapidly with a sharp tipped slag hammer keep the wheel hot as you can the beating on it relieves the stress of the weld repeat this until you are done welding the crack up then cover it with the insulation to make it cool slowly this works on blocks and manifolds and other cast that i have welded hope that this helps mike
