Stuck closed? hhhmmmm.....ain't never heard of that happening before. But I ain't heard of a lot of things either. Most often valves stick open because the spring is unable to overcome the resistance of friction in the valve guide. IF the valve is stuck open you need to spray some good qaulity penetrating oil around the vavle stem and let it set for a while. Later use a brass or aluminum rod to push down on the valve and reseat it. You should be able to do this through the spark plug hole. Be very careful if you elect to use a screw driver as it can ruin threads.
