Probably the lights are the problem. See what happens when you turn the power back on. If no change then try turning the power off and on several times. Most of the motion lights have a setting to go from auto to manual by turning the power off and on at the switch, usually wait 30 seconds then turn the switch on,off,on and it should reset. All makes are a little different on this order so try several different ways. If this does not fix it I would try new lights.
