Due to power lines breaking in our area our power has been going on and off. On my shop I have 2 motion lights, last night after the power blinked off and on, the motion lights started turning on at my shop. They would both turn on for about 30 seconds, then off for 30 seconds, they continued until I shut them off at the breaker. The circuit runs from the breaker to a GFCI outlet, then 2 other outlets inside, then to the front outside light, then to the side light. I am not sure what the problem is, the light were turning on and off together, so I assume it is not a problem with the lights. 1. faulty breaker? 2. faulty GFCI outlet? 3. something else I am not thinking of? Any help would be appreciated.
