Filling front tires and say yours are 600X16 will only add about 25-30lbs to them which is not much. As for filling them you will need a tube that has a screw on piece for the valve stem. To get one cheap buy a can of fix a flat that has the tube and then add to if with fuel line etc. Then set up a 5 gal bucket so your tube goes in the bottom and is sealed there and fill the bucket and let gravity do the rest. It will take a long time because the air in the tube will need to bleed up and out of the bucket. On by the way O know this works BTDT and that is how I filled a pair of rear lawn mower tires, also I would install new tubes before doing this
