Ferguson hydraulics

I have a ferguson with a front loader. Until now the front loader has been able to handle any work asked of it. However, in the last few days it has struggled to lift heavy weights (same weights as before). I can only assume that this is a problem with the hydraulic pump as it will operate the loader without a load or with light loads. Is it an easy operation to repair or replace the pump, are parts available and is there a manual that covers the work.
