I ve went through several back surgeries and a hip replacment and I m in general stoved up like a old rusty hinge . Arthiritis is in most of my joints and I m in pain for the most part 24/7 but dont let it slow me down . My wife started to get stoved up some and her Doctor told her to try Glucosamine .
