Personally I'd steer clear of the Massey's unless he's going new enough to get something with a Sisu engine. 200 HP is too much for a 354 Perkins and I'd not want the V8... Find something with some displacement like a Deere 466, IH 466 or the Case 504 engine. The Ford 401 could probably be made to take it for a while until it melts a piston... or go way newer and get something like an 8870 or 8970 Genesis.
